I have been recommended by my certified guardian/conservator about this self storage facility for my storage needs. Very isolated from view and secure. Local to where I live in Ashland. They have regular units as well as temperature controlled units for the storage of musical instruments as one of many other items. There is no need to drive approximately 15 mi, away for storage when I will access quite frequently. This self storage I will use again if needed in the future plus would recommend to other residents in Ashland.

We have used Mistletoe storage for our business with multiple storage units, large, small and climate controlled and the items are protected and never damaged. The frequent loads in and out for our resale business is seem-less with the automated systems. The staff is conscientious and responsive and always friendly.

We love that our space is easily accessible by our staff while remaining very secure to outside individuals, as well as the elements. The grounds at Mistletoe Road are always well-maintained and managed. The staff and owners are also very responsive, helpful, and a pleasure to work with (as well as community-minded, which is important to us and all of Ashland!)

I have a unit here and it's the best storage experience I've ever had. Clean, dust-free, dry, secure units - everything stored stays clean and sweet-smelling. Staff is excellent - friendly, intelligent, sharp, and proactive with phone reminders if your lock is askew or a payment is approaching a late fee. Prices are competitive but not cheap, but the feeling of security and good management is well worth the fees. The best storage company in town!

We love Mistletoe storage. We visit the storage facility multiple times a week (sometimes a few times a day) and the automated systems is so convenient and makes it easy and effortless to get in and out. We rented a regular unit here 12 years ago, and when we needed a climate-controlled unit last year, we went back to Mistletoe.
